Real time availability of analytics such as cars per day, average stay time, and how weather affects business, allows management to use historical results as a benchmark for future success. Linking user profiles on GoValet to their Facebook accounts and collecting pertinent information regarding car make and model allows for businesses to directly target past customers as well as better understand market dynamics. Automated process tracking from drop off to pick up enables customers to access real time delivery information for their vehicle, eliminating time spent standing on the curb and allowing for more time to spend money in the establishment. Built-in credit card processing gives customers the ability to pay and tip directly on the app with just a few clicks, and also promotes the use of service for the ever growing list of people who do not carry cash. While valet service providers and their customers achieve the most efficiencies utilizing the mobile app, the service is also available for use through an SMS transaction for user that have not yet downloaded the App.

Matt comes from a family of entrepreneurs. From the days when he played professional football in the NFL, he's always had a passion to change the game. After football he decided to foresee a future in building a business that will make it a lot easier for valet companies and customers to have a seamless and efficient way of communicating.
The dream for GoValet started in 2017.
